The #Hedera Governing Council today announced its decision to separate the roles of Chair and President. @brettmcdowell , who currently serves in both roles, has been re-elected as Chair for an additional two-year term.

As part of this process, the Board has created an executive search committee to lead the process of appointing the next president of Hedera Hashgraph, LLC.
